Don Jazzy signs Johnny Drille and DNA Twins to Mavins Records

The Mavins Boss, Don Jazzy, has thought it wise to equip his music powerhouse again with fresh talents who will keep the label’s flag flying. As usual, the Don is never targeted at old cargoes. He is more particular about signing young artistes, which is what any business minded label owner does. This time, Don Jazzy has penned a deal with two different artistes who go by the names, Johnny Drille and the DNA twins of 'The Voice Nigeria' respectively. Nice on by the boss.

Johnny Drille is an Edo State born artiste who specializes in recording rock music and has been nominated for the Hadies Award for Best Alternative Song. The DNA twins whose real names are Blair and Clinton Roberts were born on June 16, 1996, to a polygamous family. The duo participated in the just concluded “Voice of Nigeria” but didn’t win.

According to fans who are in the know about the musical capabilities of these new Mavins artistes, the youngsters are more music inclined than any artiste Mavins Records has ever signed. So they have implored Reekado Banks, Di'ja, and Korede Bello to put more effort if they don’t want to be outshone by these new blood. A big welcome to the newbie
