Eedris Abdulkareem blasts Mr. Eazi and Davido – calls them stupid

Veteran Nigerian singer Eedris Abdulkareem got pissed off live on air during an interview session with Goldmyne TV and blasted Nigerian singers Mr. Eazi and Davido for disrespecting those ahead of them in the music game.

Weighing in on Mr. Eazi’s claim of introducing Ghanaian sound to Nigerian music and Davido’s insolence towards Dele Momodu when he took to his song to call him “his boy,” the revered Nigerian singer blasted with the following words:

“You must be a stupid man. You are a fool. Number 1, you sound like Ghanaians, that's why you are accepted. That means you are not original. But because it’s African music, that’s why you’re accepted. Why would you say something like that? That’s pride. Same thing happened to Davido when he sang about Dele Momodu being his boy.”

“Dele Momodu made you all what you are. They fought for the industry and at the same time went into the politics to make sure that we enjoy what we are enjoying today. If you think you are smart and if you think you have something, walk on the streets with that power that you have without any guards. That’s when you’ll know that you’re stupid.”
